Suggested Play Schedule
As Ignite by Hatch™ promotes learning to close the achievement gap, every child must receive equitable playtime to reach their K-Readiness goals. The Suggested Play Schedule feature assists teachers with Ignite classroom management, giving teachers an easy to understand tool for ensuring each child reaches the goal of 30 minutes of playtime per week.
All Digital Experiences Now Available in Spanish
¿Tiene hijos de habla hispana? That's right; we are fully bilingual! This release allows children who speak Spanish to play the entire set of digital curricular experiences in their native language. Enabling more children to strive towards kindergarten readiness.
Gold™ by Teaching Strategies Documentation Improvements
You asked, and we delivered! Documents sent to Gold™ by Teaching Strategies based on an individual child’s play in Ignite™ are now easier to understand and action by teachers. The significant benefits of this feature are:
- Clearer documentation of skills demonstrated by children using Ignite™.
- Faster, more straightforward skill progress assessment based on a quicker review of documented evidence.

Enhanced Family Engagement Activities
To extend learning, new Family Connections are now available to parents for access at home. The Family Connections are simple activities, aligned to each child’s skill level and ability, that families can use at home. These connections are beneficial as they will help extend and support learning at home.
Add Program Information Faster
We’ve improved the data import function to now allow up to 10,000 lines of data in a single file upload. This update is undoubtedly something to celebrate as you can set your information to upload, walk away and come back to view status updates, import history, errors, and, best of all, email notification when the upload is complete.
