All program administrators and teachers get access to Hatch Hub, which has ondemand resources for learning on their time, or you can schedule live sessions for a more personalized approach.

All programs using Hatch technology have access to Hatch Hub. “The Hub” as we like to call it, contains on-demand resources like FAQs, discussion boards, and scheduled training sessions to help you get the most out of your Hatch tech. You can also register for upcoming webinars and access an on-demand library of past webinars hosted by Hatch experts.

Live Online Training

A Hatch-certified trainer leads a 3-hour interactive webbased session online focused on your chosen Hatch product. These personalized training sessions can have up to 12 participants and can be tailored to teachers and administrators.

$750 per session

Online training sessions must be scheduled at least 14 days prior to the desired training date. Each session focuses on one product to ensure mastery of features. Participants will need internet access and organization-provided access to the Hatch technology to be reviewed.

On-Site Training

A Hatch-certified trainer comes to your location and leads sessions focused on your Hatch technology. Onsite training is available in flexible full-day and half-day options that can be broken into sessions to train on multiple products or train more participants. Customized for your program, on-site training can have up to 25 participants per session and can be tailored to teachers and administrators.

On-site training days must be scheduled at least 21 days prior to the desired training date. Additional training days can be added at a discounted rate. The organization hosting the training will need to provide internet access for the trainers and participants. The host organization will also need to provide the trainees with the Hatch technology to be reviewed. On-site training must be completed within two years of being purchased. Sesssions are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred.
