Inside Sales Specialist

Location – US West Coast

Hatch Early Learning is looking for an early learning enthusiast with experience in sales or marketing!  The Inside Sales Specialist at Hatch is responsible for developing new leads and converting them into ongoing customers by building lasting relationships and sharing continuous value. This will involve researching potential prospects/customers to form customized sales messages, conversing on the phone, listening for problems to solve, demonstrating benefits derived from our solutions, asking for the next step in the process, and ultimately closing business. This position works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

 This opportunity is a remote position for a candidate located on the West Coast.

Essential Duties:

  • Close business by connecting and communicating with customers and prospects via phone.

  • Collaborate with Field Sales Team and support a clearly defined territory plan with targeted outreach.

  • KPIs relate to call volume, emails sent, meetings set, deals/dollars created, and deals/dollars won.

  • Learn CRM (HubSpot) to manage KPIs, pipeline, marketing related tasks, maintain records, etc.

  • Conduct discovery calls and set appointments.

  • Demo software and digital resources.

  • Answer inbound calls; resolve issues, transfer to appropriate team member, etc.

  • Maintain an accurate pipeline including stage, probability, and next steps for opportunities. 

  • Upload school contacts to Hatch’s teacher platform, Insights. 

  • Connect with corporate accounts, as requested, and understand their discounting structure.

  • Manage small accounts including sales and support.

  • Understand LEA and Head Start organizational structures and how they impact sales. 

  • Perform other duties as requested; participate in company-wide virtual calls, attend a conference, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Education.

  • 5+ years sales and/or marketing experience (EdTech space and SaaS knowledge preferred)

  • Experience in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to perform essential duties of this position with or without accommodation.

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Account Executive

Location: West Texas 

Hatch Early Learning is looking for someone passionate about early education and ready to hit the ground running!  The Account Executive at Hatch Early Learning is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new business within the target market as well as providing best in class customer service to existing customers.  The Account Executive must have in-depth knowledge of their territory and the education market.  The incumbent works closely with potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing solutions that align with our educational tool offerings. This role will involve building strong relationships, conducting demos, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to close. 

 

This opportunity is located remotely in West Texas with up to 60% travel. 

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire customers and prospects into Hatch’s Partnership Model
  • Achieve company quotas/targets
  • Work closely with Account Manager, Customer Success and other Support Staff to ensure successful customer hand-offs
  • Utilize support team in an appropriate way to further the sales cycle and support the customer
  • Maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship across assigned accounts to educate customers about our solutions
  • Keep abreast of market and assigned territory through extra-curricular research, reading, and discussion
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of the core products and services
  • Discover marketing opportunities within assigned territory and bring to the attention of leadership
  • Maintain an accurate and viable opportunity pipeline in CRM
  • Maintain accurate customer data, updating and mining CRM regularly
  • Help build team strength thru regular knowledge share and “voice of customer” feedback
  • Perform highly engaging, professional sales presentations via on-line tools and in-person 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, education focus preferred
  • 5+ years experience working in the pre-K – early learning environment
  • 3+ years B2B selling experience, SAAS or Medical Sales
  • Prior experience working with TEA Regional coops and ESC’s
  • Demonstrated skills of excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office

Customer Success Manager

Hatch Early Learning is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who is responsible for customer’s overall success with Hatch’s products and services. The position is accountable for customer adoption of products, solutions, renewals, and overall satisfaction. The CSM will oversee a portfolio of products and help maintain high customer satisfaction by providing regular communication and information relevant to their Hatch implementation.

This is a remote opportunity located in Florida.

Essential Functions:

  • Proactively provide all customers with information and enhancements as they become available that will help ensure they remain successful and realize the full value of their investment with Hatch.
  • Drive adoption of Hatch technology product lines by providing insights, analysis, support, and share best practices.
  • Identify customer risk and work with cross functional teams to create and execute strategies and programs.
  • Serve as a customer advocate, often functioning as a liaison between our customers and all internal Hatch teams (e.g. Professional Services, Technical Support, Product Development, etc).
  • Spearhead continuous product improvement and support based on customer needs/feedback.
  • Gather customer product feedback and communicate with product management to shape product roadmap development.
  • Ensure any account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed.
  • Present to customers product roadmaps with emphasis on features most relevant to the given customer.
  • Educate customers on the value they can generate from the power of their Hatch solutions via regular communication about best practices and product features.
  • Develop, Implement and Encourage customers to utilize appropriate Hatch services including the Knowledge Base, Community, User Conferences and Support Portal.
  • Deliver group informational sessions about product and best practices.
  • Conduct monthly office hour sessions to provide your customers with a structured forum for soliciting trusted advice.
  • Proactively contact customers quarterly to assess health and system utilization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, customer service, or account management, preferably in the edtech or software industry.
  • Experience working with early childhood education providers, schools, or in a related educational field.
  • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and achieving customer satisfaction goals.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and software adoption strategies.
  • Familiarity with early childhood education software and technologies.
  • Experience in conducting customer onboarding, training sessions, and regular check-ins.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Business Development Representative

Hatch Early Learning is looking for a Business Development Representative. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.  To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. This opportunity will be remote in the US.

Contract Bilingual Professional Development Facilitator

Location – Florida, USA (with travel to Puerto Rico)

Seeking a Bilingual Professional Development Facilitator with 5+ years of teaching experience. Must be fluent in English and Spanish and able to travel. Join us at Hatch Early Learning to support early childhood educators!

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver interactive PD for educators virtually and onsite.
  • Facilitate sessions in English and Spanish, adapting to diverse learning styles.
  • Travel within Florida and occasionally to Puerto Rico for PD sessions.

  • Strong bilingual proficiency.
