Lifetime Technical Support

Hatch® Early Learning provides lifetime, toll-free technical support, a two-year warranty on all parts and labor, interactive on-site workshops and retraining for as long as customers have our Computer Learning Centers or complete TeachSmart® Learning Systems operating in a classroom. When Your Shipment Arrives

Before you sign the delivery receipt, inspect your shipment for any possible damage or shortages.

If your FedEx Ground arrives damaged, call Hatch immediately at 1-800-624-7968, ext. 4. We will coordinate the return and/or replacement of the merchandise.

If your truck shipment arrives damaged, write a note on the delivery receipt describing the damage. Please keep all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise together and call Hatch at 1-800-624-7968, ext. 4.

Warranty

The Hatch® Computer Learning Center, TeachSmart® Learning System, iStartSmart® and WePlaySmart® components are covered under warranty. Please call our customer-service department for more information. The warranty for all other items will follow manufacturer’s warranty. Call our customer-service department for specific product warranty information.

Returns

If you find it necessary to return an item for any reason please contact Hatch® Customer Service at 1-800-624-7968 ext. 4 to obtain a return authorization number. This will help us process your return quickly and accurately. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.

Bids, Contracts & Quotes

We welcome your request for bids and quotes on any of the products or services we provide. We can also accomodate yearly contracts for any institution or government agency upon request. Call our Bid Department for details at 1-800-624-7968. The GSA contract for Hatch® computer learning centers is #GS-35F-0496J.

Terms

  • •   Be sure to include a street address for shipment. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
  • •   All established accounts and/or public institutions with authorized purchase orders may charge their orders
  • •   Non-government organizations and commercial institutions may prepay or use a credit card to place orders
  • •   Terms for all approved accounts are net 30 days. A 1.5% finance charge will be added to all late payments
  • •   Orders may be prepaid with personal check or credit card. Please include expiration date and security code (see back of card) with all credit card orders.
  • •   We cannot accept C.O.D.'s
